About The Position

As a Manager in Accenture Song’s Customer Technology – Commerce practice, you will lead the design, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce workstreams. You will ensure AI-driven capabilities are production-ready, secure, and integrated with enterprise commerce ecosystems, including Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, and composable/MACH stacks. The role spans solution design, engineering delivery, rollout, and value realization for global B2C, B2B, and B2B2C clients. You will design reusable agent frameworks and integrate them with commerce engines, APIs, and backend services; apply enterprise standards for scalability, security, observability, and reliability; and evaluate LLM platforms, orchestration frameworks, vector stores, and AI infrastructure. You will manage multidisciplinary delivery pods across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps, and deliver cloud-native, CI/CD, and Kubernetes-based implementations on Azure, AWS, or GCP. The position also covers governance, compliance, auditability, explainability, human-in-the-loop feedback, and measurement of technical and business outcomes such as agent performance, conversion uplift, operational efficiency, and ROI. You will contribute to industry perspectives, demonstrations, proposals, internal accelerators, reference architectures, and reusable components, while engaging senior client stakeholders and mentoring engineering teams.
