About The Position

Wipro is hiring an Agentic AI/Multi-Agent Workflow Architect for an Amazon agentic and multi-agent workflow engagement. The role focuses on engineering autonomous AI pipelines, designing reliable tool contracts for API executions, and implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), observability, and security guardrails. It also involves designing AI workflows with business and technical stakeholders, identifying opportunities for automation, and refining agents to meet business requirements and user feedback. Accounting and month-end/year-end book-close process knowledge is preferred. Azure OpenAI is mandatory.

Requirements

More than 10 years of experience.
Azure OpenAI experience is mandatory.
Experience with framework orchestration, such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or visual workflow builders.
Proven expertise in retrieval engineering (RAG), observability, and security guardrails.
Hands-on experience in AI workflow design and implementation.
Ability to lead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Ability to test, troubleshoot, and refine AI agents based on business requirements and user feedback.

Nice To Haves

Strong business process analysis skills tailored to accounting and the month-end/year-end book-close process are preferred.

Responsibilities
