About The Position
EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in Agentic AI. The selected candidate will own, build, and run a startup, taking full responsibility for its development and growth. They will participate in a customised programme created by unicorn founders, including personal development focused on goal, time, and energy management. EWOR provides founder coaching, hiring support through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, product-market-fit and go-to-market support, and assistance preparing for a multi-million-euro funding round. The opportunity offers either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or the option of up to €500,000 in funding.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as Agentic AI.
- Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M+ in revenues.
- Participate in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
- Use EWOR's network and guidance to hire talent and apply advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
- Receive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding.
- Iterate the product toward product-market fit and develop a sales force or marketing engine with EWOR's support.
