About The Position
Amtex Insurance is seeking an Agent to help new and current customers find the right auto insurance, including standard and non-standard options. The role involves building customized plans that fit each client’s needs and budget, answering questions and resolving concerns with professionalism and care, and meeting performance and quality goals. The agent will also connect with local businesses to grow relationships and bring in new customers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, building connections, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be Bilingual with excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & Spanish
- Previous experience, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Great time management and punctuality
- Reliable form of transportation
- Willing to travel at times to designated offices within the region.
