As an Agent Trainee, you will work closely with Darian Taliaferro, a seasoned agency owner, to master the foundations of building and managing a thriving insurance business. You’ll benefit from comprehensive development across sales, relationship building, operations, and leadership, positioning you for future agency ownership. While supporting clients in safeguarding their most important assets—including Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance—you’ll grow your expertise, build credibility, and begin developing your own portfolio, all with support to advance toward agency leadership. Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for agency ownership
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- Willingness to obtain (or current possession of) state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
