About The Position
This role involves monitoring casino operations through video and audio equipment to identify suspicious activities such as cheating, theft, or disorderly conduct. The agent is responsible for reporting potential issues to security staff and supervisors, assisting with patron disputes and internal control matters, and ensuring compliance with state gaming regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Badge.
- Proficient in English verbal and written.
- Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Using video monitors and audio equipment to observe the casino's interior and exterior.
- Identifying issues such as suspicious activity, cheating at the tables, stealing, or disorderly conduct.
- Notifying security staff and supervisors of any potential problems, in writing or verbally.
- Assisting with patron disputes or internal control issues.
- Ensuring the casino is following all state gaming regulations and company policies.
