The Réseau Express Métropolitain (REM) is an automated light rail network designed to simplify travel in the greater Montreal area. It is one of the largest automated transport networks in the world and the most significant public transport project undertaken in Quebec in the last 50 years, spanning 67 km with 26 stations. Joining the REM team offers a unique opportunity to be part of a customer service team deployed across the entire REM network for a highly visible and mobilizing project. The REM customer service agent interacts with clients in stations and while traveling, helping thousands of travelers have a pleasant transport experience and answering their questions related to their journeys.
