About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Agent Relations Recruiter to help grow our network of independent insurance agents and agencies. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding JSA’s reach by recruiting new agents. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, flexibility, and performance-based rewards.
Requirements
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and utilize company agent tools and resources
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective agents and agencies through outbound calls to introduce JSA’s value, opportunities, and support model
- Build relationships and establish new partnerships with independent agents
- Accurately complete and maintain intake forms in our CRM system
- Support the team by assisting with additional projects and initiatives as needed
