About The Position

Trusted Senior Specialists, an Integrity company, is seeking a Bilingual Agent Recruiter to join their team in Houston, Texas. Founded in 2005, Trusted Senior Specialists serves Medicare beneficiaries and has grown to include 5,000 agents focused on helping Americans protect their health, wealth, and wellbeing. This role involves making outbound calls and emails to agents to contract and produce business, traveling to meet with agents, and attending in-person or virtual meetings. The recruiter will also follow up with agents to ensure appointments are completed, invite agents to webinars, and assist in lead development, recruiting ideas, and advertising. A friendly, positive, and professional attitude is essential, along with accuracy, sound judgment, and efficient time management. The position requires entering and maintaining agent data in the database, following instructions, and conducting in-person outreach, including door knocking, to connect with potential agents. Planning, organizing, and hosting recruitment events are also key responsibilities, as is representing the agency professionally during travel for recruitment meetings, conferences, events, and field outreach. Accurate tracking of travel activities and event outcomes is necessary. The role may involve other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of prior experience preferred
  • Must have an active Life & Health License
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Ability to confidently conduct in person outreach, including door knocking, while maintaining professionalism and strong interpersonal communication.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, or hosting events, preferably in a sale, recruiting, or community engagement setting.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel, including same day or overnight trips, and able to adapt quickly to short notice schedule changes.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage travel logistics, event preparation, and follow up activities with prospective agents.
  • Ability to represent the agency professionally in various environments, including field outreach, conferences, and recruitment events.
  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and engage diverse individuals in conversation.
  • Self-driven with a high level of initiative to conduct outreach independently and meet recruitment goals.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and emails to agents to contract and produce business for various carriers.

  • Invite agents to attend products and sales techniques webinars and follow up with attendees.
  • Assist in lead development, recruiting ideas, and advertising.
  • Convey a friendly, positive attitude while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and identify ways to improve and promote quality.
  • Follow policies and procedures and complete tasks correctly and on time to support the organization's goals and values.
  • Exhibit sound and accurate judgment by including appropriate people in decision-making.
  • Manage time and workload efficiently while adapting to frequent changes, delays, deadlines, and unexpected events.
  • Enter and maintain agent or potential agent data in our database.
  • Follow instructions and ask for and offer help when needed.
  • Conduct in person outreach, including door knocking, to connect with potential agents and present contracting opportunities.
  • Plan, organize, and host recruitment events to attract prospective agents and promote contracting with our agency.
  • Represent the agency professionally while traveling for recruitment meetings, conferences, events, and field outreach.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of travel activities, event outcomes, and agent engagement related to recruitment efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
