Agent Platform Engineer

• Architect, build, and deploy the back-end systems and services for API products and consumer products
• Design and implement the platform for training, testing, and deploying conversational AIs
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineering team to create new products based on emerging research capabilities and customer needs
• Iterate rapidly to improve user and developer experience, scalability, performance, observability, and security
• Have meaningful experience in building and rebuilding production systems for new product capabilities and increasing scale
