Requirements

  • DEC in transportation and/or logistics or other relevant training.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the road transport industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service mindset and solid communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly solve problems and handle unexpected situations.
  • Good knowledge of road transport regulations and safety practices.
  • Analytical mindset to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • The candidate must be legally authorized to work or complete an internship in Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize deliveries by optimizing schedules, routes, and driver assignments.
  • Coordinate operations related to equipment subleasing and ensure follow-up on purchase orders and invoices.
  • Maintain relationships with partners and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement to optimize costs and delivery times.
  • All other related tasks.
