Requirements

  • High school diploma completed
  • 1 year of experience in activity coordination
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Successful completion of potential assessment (scenario-based)
  • Advanced English (Level 3)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating events on a public or tourist site is an asset
  • Related to event organization (an asset)

Responsibilities

  • Support clients in preparing their activities by providing advice, information, and technical assistance.
  • Coordinate effectively with all involved departments to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Ensure the availability and proper management of equipment and resources required for activities.
  • Monitor assigned inventories and ensure proper use and storage.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and adherence to the Corporation’s quality standards.
  • Prepare the signage and write the event report.
