Requirements

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident making outbound sales calls
• Organized and eager to learn and grow
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect and convert leads into insurance policies
• Consult with clients to recommend tailored coverage
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to agency success
• Utilize CRM tools for tracking leads and sales activities
