In this role, you will help increase revenue, deliver personalized insurance solutions, and support our positive, collaborative agency environment. Applicants must have prior sales experience or a proven track record of achieving goals. Requirements
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and closing deals
- Coachable, eager to learn, and proactive
- Highly organized with excellent time management
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (a plus, or willing to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual abilities are a strong asset
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new prospects, converting leads into policies
- Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend customized coverage
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Build lasting client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Stay updated on the latest products and compliance standards
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals
- Participate in team meetings and sales strategy sessions
