Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and closing deals
  • Coachable, eager to learn, and proactive
  • Highly organized with excellent time management
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (a plus, or willing to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual abilities are a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new prospects, converting leads into policies
  • Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend customized coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
  • Build lasting client relationships and provide ongoing support
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Stay updated on the latest products and compliance standards
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals
  • Participate in team meetings and sales strategy sessions
