What You’ll Do As an Agent in Training, you will: Drive new revenue by finding prospects, engaging outreach, and converting leads into policies Consult with clients to evaluate insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options Sell and cross-sell products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance Build lasting relationships by providing ongoing support and regular policy reviews Exceed sales targets to help grow the agency’s impact Stay informed on product details and compliance standards Manage leads and renewals using CRM tools Collaborate in team meetings and participate in sales strategy sessions Who We’re Looking For We want driven, proactive, and professional candidates. Our ideal Agent in Training will have: At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals Openness to coaching and willingness to learn Strong organization and time management skills Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual skills are a bonus Why Farmers Insurance? Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
