What You'll Do As an Agent in Training, you will: Prospect new clients via outbound calling, lead follow-up, networking, and referrals Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines Achieve monthly production goals by selling and cross-selling products Follow up on open quotes and leads provided by the agency Provide excellent customer service and foster strong client relationships Use CRM tools to stay organized and ensure accuracy in policy documents and records Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and agency growth efforts What You Bring A successful Agent in Training is enthusiastic, ambitious, and adaptable. Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing positions
