Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Confidence making outbound calls and closing sales
  • A coachable mindset and eagerness to grow
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business through prospecting, outreach, and converting leads to policies
  • Conducting consultations with clients to determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Selling and cross-selling a range of insurance products, such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews
  • Achieving and surpassing individual sales targets to support agency growth
  • Keeping up-to-date with product information and compliance standards
  • Utilizing CRM tools for lead management, follow-ups, and policy renewals
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to sales strategies
