Key Responsibilities As an Agent in Training, your main responsibilities will include: Grow new business by identifying potential clients, reaching out to prospects, and converting leads to policies Conduct consultations to evaluate insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage Sell and cross-sell a range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies Build and maintain solid client relationships, offering continual support and policy reviews Achieve and surpass sales targets, supporting the agency’s overall growth Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and compliance regulations Utilize CRM systems to oversee leads, follow-ups, and renewals Take part in team meetings and sales planning sessions What We’re Looking For We want candidates who are enthusiastic about sales, self-motivated, and professional. The ideal Agent in Training will have: Preference for 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities Confidence in making outgoing calls and sealing deals Willingness to learn and take feedback Strong organizational and time-management abilities Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred or willingness to obtain) Bilingual skills are a plus Why Join Our Team?
