Requirements

  • At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence with outbound calls and closing deals
  • A coachable mindset and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual abilities (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by identifying prospects, making outreach efforts, and turning leads into policies
  • Conduct consultations to determine client insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, providing support and policy reviews
  • Surpass individual sales targets to help drive agency growth
  • Stay current on product knowledge and compliance requirements
  • Use CRM tools to monitor leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies
