Key Responsibilities As an Agent in Training, your main duties will include: Generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies Consulting with clients to assess their insurance requirements and recommending appropriate coverage Selling and cross-selling various insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering ongoing assistance and conducting policy reviews Achieving and surpassing individual sales targets to help grow the agency Keeping current with product information and compliance standards Utilizing CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals Engaging in team meetings and sales strategy sessions Ideal Candidate We are searching for passionate, proactive, and professional candidates. The ideal Agent in Training will possess: At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confidence making outbound calls and closing business Receptiveness to coaching and a willingness to learn Strong organization and time management skills Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain one) Bilingual skills are a plus Why Join Us? Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
