Requirements

  • Previous sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • California Property & Casualty License and Life & Health License (preferred, or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance plans.
  • Sell and cross-sell a wide range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Meet or exceed production goals and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry developments.
