Requirements

  • Prior sales experience or a proven track record of achieving ambitious goals (required)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident making outbound calls and closing deals
  • Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and master the industry
  • Strong organization and time management abilities

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is a plus—or willingness to obtain
  • Bilingual candidates welcomed

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new clients
  • Consult with customers to identify needs and provide customized insurance recommendations
  • Sell and cross-sell a full portfolio: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Foster strong client relationships with regular reviews and ongoing service
  • Exceed individual sales goals and fuel agency growth
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and compliance
  • Utilize CRM tools for leads, follow-ups, and renewals
  • Contribute ideas in team meetings for agency growth
