Requirements

  • previous sales experience or a proven record of meeting goals
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in making outbound sales calls and closing deals
  • A coachable attitude and eagerness to grow
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual skills (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business via cold calling, outreach, and converting leads into active policies
  • Conducting client consultations to identify insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations
  • Selling and cross-selling Farmers Insurance products like Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, providing ongoing support, and conducting policy reviews
  • Exceeding personal sales targets to drive agency growth
  • Staying up-to-date with product information and compliance requirements
  • Using CRM tools for lead management, follow-ups, and policy renewals
  • Collaborating in team meetings and contributing to high-impact sales strategies
