Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident making outbound sales calls and closing deals
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual abilities are a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect for new leads and convert them into policies
  • Consult with clients to recommend personalized coverage options
  • Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
  • Build, nurture, and retain strong client relationships to maximize lifetime value
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets to accelerate agency growth
  • Strategically track leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM tools
