Requirements

  • 1 year or more in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and sales negotiation skills
  • Confidence in cold outreach, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Strong learning agility and drive for continual improvement
  • Top-level organization and time management
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or strong willingness to get licensed)

  • Bilingual skills are a great asset

Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive agency growth by targeting prospects and converting leads into loyal clients
  • Conduct dynamic sales consultations to deliver custom-fit insurance solutions
  • Sell and cross-sell a full suite of products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
  • Build and deepen client relationships to maximize retention and referrals
  • Surpass individual and team sales targets to accelerate your own advancement
  • Stay at the forefront of product and sales knowledge with ongoing professional development
  • Master CRM tools for pipeline and relationship management
  • Engage in goal-focused team meetings and contribute to high-impact agency initiatives
