Reporting to the Supervisor, the Agent, Group Benefits Administration is responsible for offering services and support to clients in administrating their Group Benefits plan. The incumbent is responsible for reviewing the enrolment process and corresponds with clients of various plans on such matters as coverage, enrollments, changes, terminations, beneficiaries, welcome kits, etc. This individual should be comfortable balancing attention to detail, productivity and efficiency in everyday tasks.
