Keystone Advisors partners with top insurers to help clients find essential health coverage in forty-eight states. We provide individuals, families, and employer groups health, dental, vision, life and disability, and Medicare options including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement Insurance, and Prescription Drug Part D plans. The Agent Development Partner (ADP) is responsible for onboarding, developing, coaching, and growing insurance agents and agency partners within the Keystone Advisors ecosystem. This role serves as a strategic business consultant, trainer, coach, and relationship manager focused on driving production, retention, compliance, and long-term agency success. The ADP works closely with independent agents, field agents, telesales professionals, and agency owners to implement best practices that improve client acquisition, member retention, cross-selling opportunities, and operational effectiveness. A successful candidate combines agency development expertise with strong sales leadership, contact center operations knowledge, and business development experience. This individual understands how to leverage both field and inside sales strategies to create scalable growth and exceptional client outcomes.
