About The Position

The Agency Support Representative acts as a primary liaison between CURE and our insurance agency partners providing real-time support, underwriting processing, and ongoing education to ensure smooth policy administration and product implementation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Strong verbal communication, time management, multitasking abilities, and an eagerness to learn and grow
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Nice To Haves

• Prior auto insurance experience preferred but not required; customer service background can be a plus.
• Associate/Bachelors degree preferred
• A New Jersey Insurance Producer License is a plus (licensing/training provided by the company)

Responsibilities

• Agency Support: Deliver LiveChat, telephone, and email assistance to address agent inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly
• Underwriting & Processing: Learn and maintain a comprehensive understanding of CURE's underwriting guidelines, products, and systems. Accurately process and audit poly updates, payment adjustments, and related administrative tasks.
• Education & Training: Conduct agent refresher courses and help develop training manuals, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaboration & Projects: Partner with internal teams to document processes, improve operational workflows, and assist with agency department initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
