About The Position

The Middle Office Specialist is a part of the Global Capital Markets ("GCM") team at WSFS Bank. The Middle Office Specialist will play a crucial role in administering the ongoing processing of wire payments and bond deals. The incumbent will be responsible for wire operations, client service, compliance, technical expertise and collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Minimum of one year of experience, preferably with a wire team.
Must be proficient with software and have a strong understanding of financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex issues related to wire transactions and bonds.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Must have meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with a team of specialists to achieve shared goals.
Presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Solvas Agent and DTCC software.
