About The Position

Tracksuit is seeking an Agency Partner Manager to build and grow agency relationships across the US and Canada. This role is core to Tracksuit's growth strategy, shaping how the company engages with the agency landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and acquiring new agency partners, managing a portfolio of relationships, and driving referred pipeline and revenue. This position requires a strategic and engaging individual with a deep understanding of the agency landscape, excellent communication skills, and strong commercial acumen. As an early team member, the role offers the opportunity to significantly impact Tracksuit's culture and growth.

Requirements

  • Background in agency account management, new business, direct sales, strategic partnerships, or channel partnerships.

  • Comfort in a role that requires wearing multiple hats (sales management, relationship management, marketing, operations).

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of agency relationships across the US and Canada, from initial contact through to referred pipeline and revenue.
  • Source, qualify, and acquire new agency partners through outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Manage regional pipeline and referral targets, tracking performance against them.
  • Collaborate with Sales to support partner-influenced deals through to closing.
  • Onboard and enable partners to derive maximum value from Tracksuit.
  • Manage the ongoing cadence, check-ins, QBRs, and value-add touchpoints for a high volume of partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and internal advocate for partners.
  • Design and execute engagement initiatives that benefit the entire partner portfolio.
  • Utilize data to prioritize time and maximize impact.
  • Employ a test-and-learn approach and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive partner and customer experience.
  • Provide partner insights to inform product, marketing, and strategy development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting in HubSpot and internal tools.
