About The Position

The Agency Operations Manager supports Adobe's Agency Management function by driving the operational processes, financial administration, reporting, and governance activities that enable successful partnerships with Adobe's creative agency ecosystem. This role serves as the connective tissue between Agency Management, Finance, Procurement, the Legal department, Customer Marketing, the Studio, and agency partners. The ideal candidate understands how creative agencies operate and enjoys bringing structure, organization, and accountability to complex workflows. This position is designed to support the Agency Management team by owning the operational aspects of agency relationships, allowing the Group Manager and Agency Leads to focus on strategy, partner management, agency performance, and organizational planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, program management, agency operations, marketing operations, vendor management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, invoices, purchase orders, or financial tracking.
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working at a creative, marketing, or marketing agency. Alternatively, experience supporting creative agency relationships from the client side.
  • Familiarity with creative development, content production, and campaign execution workflows.
  • Understanding of agency retainers, staffing models, scopes of work, and resource planning.
  • Experience with enterprise workflow and planning tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day agency administration and operational processes.
  • Maintain agency rosters, staffing trackers, organizational charts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate agency onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Manage access requests and system setup, including LDAP and other required tools.
  • Support agency compliance and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain agency contact directories and knowledge repositories.
  • Support agency budget tracking, invoicing, purchase orders, and financial reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and agency teams to resolve billing questions.
  • Maintain agency utilization reports, staffing reports, and budget trackers.
  • Gather scope inputs from business teams to support SOW development and agency planning.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual agency budgeting processes.
  • Support agency scorecard and feedback collection processes.
  • Consolidate partner feedback and agency performance data.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards related to agency utilization, performance, spend, and staffing.
  • Assist with agency evaluations, agency reviews, and onboarding of new creative partners.
  • Help find ways to improve agency performance, operational efficiency, and partnership effectiveness.
  • Support annual planning and quarterly planning exercises.
  • Coordinate information gathering across Marketing, Studio, Finance, Procurement, and agency partners.
  • Track agency capacity, staffing changes, and resource allocations.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Customer Marketing, Studio, and agency teams.
  • Ensure team members have timely access to information required for planning and decision-making.
  • Help establish and maintain scalable ways of working across Adobe and agency partners.
