Requirements

Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or home care

Responsibilities

Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and referral partners
Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach opportunities
Develop strategies to grow referrals and increase community awareness
Oversee daily operations of the personal care agency
Recruit, train, and support caregivers and office staff
Collaborate with clients, families, and RN to ensure quality care plans
Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards
Support scheduling, payroll, billing, and reporting functions
