The Agency Management Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to our agency partners and internal departments. This position serves as a key resource in agency contracting, communications, reporting, event coordination, marketing support, and customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in learning insurance operations, marketing, and underwriting processes.
  • Experience working in an administrative, customer service, insurance, or marketing support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, and digital communications tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with overall agency administration and support for internal and external customers.
  • Support the agency contracting process for new and existing agents, including communications, documentation, licensing, E&O certificates, W-9s, and file maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate agency information across company systems.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing monthly and ad hoc marketing reports.
  • Support administration of the Agency Profit Sharing Program, including calculations, communications, and recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate agency events, continuing education classes, and company-sponsored functions.
  • Assist with marketing materials, email campaigns, newsletters, and other communications initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between agency partners and various SWUS departments to provide exceptional customer support.
  • Learn and utilize current and emerging company systems and technologies.
  • Participate on project teams and special initiatives as assigned.
