This role is part of a structured 3-year Investment Analyst Program designed to provide hands-on experience in the Agency Lending business, specifically within the Underwriting and Deal Management teams.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration (Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position).

Nice To Haves

  • Finance, Economics, or Real Estate majors preferred but not required
  • Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability
  • Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Analyze potential loans to ensure they meet appropriate standards.
  • Handle the due diligence process with internal and external parties.
  • Analyze investment strategy, cash flow assumptions, and market data.
  • Complete detailed investment packages for credit approval.
  • Assist credit officers in achieving the overall domestic and international mortgage production goals.
  • Serve as a resource for origination teams on policies and procedures throughout the life cycle of a deal.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of real estate debt transactions for clients across a variety of capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA.
  • Provide analytical support including market research, due diligence tracking and review, cash flow modeling, property valuation, borrower credit review and preparation of loan submissions for transactions spanning various multifamily property types.
  • Perform Excel-based financial modeling and analysis.
