The Agency Distribution Leader will develop and execute strategies to drive sales, expand market presence, and promote the company’s agency opportunity. This position serves as the primary contact for independent agencies, managing relationships, monitoring industry trends, and partnering cross-functionally to achieve growth and profitability goals.

Requirements

Working knowledge of insurance product portfolio.
Experience with underwriting, claims, risk assessment, recruiting methodologies, and performance management.
Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to assimilate data from various sources.
Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience typically required.
Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
