Our Client and Broker Engagement team manages AIG’s major client relationships across all product lines, as well as driving new business activity. The team serves major clients and broker partners through an elevated, personalized experience – our client-centric framework drives a consistent experience and best practice, while allowing flexibility to meet the client’s needs. Make your mark in Client & Broker Engagement The Alternative Channel Distribution Leader will be responsible for driving AIG’s profitable growth, maximizing AIG’s franchise value and managing our Delegated Authority relationships for the commercial business within AIG Canada General Insurance with unique and measurable objectives in the programs/MGA and commercial accounts market segments. This role will be a wholly dedicated role that will work with the Head of Wholesale and Alternative Channels Distribution as well as the leaders of AIG Programs, AIG Canada, and AIG Alternative Channels to establish and execute a broad and customized distribution management strategy for the Canadian market. They will also play an integral role in the wider AIG Distribution organization. The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague – empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG.
