Provide office support to the agency team - Administrator, Director of Patient Care Services, Clinical Managers, other Agency and Field Staff. This role involves uploading patient information, processing provider orders and visit authorizations, managing supply disbursement, coordinating clinician schedules, and handling agency coordination tasks. The Agency Coordinator will also answer and coordinate phone calls and messaging, ensure interdepartmental communications, and process patient referrals timely and per policy. Additionally, this position establishes and maintains positive working relationships with clients and team members, supports the seamless transition of patients to home care by providing essential documentation and coordinating with multiple service providers, and ensures maximum third-party reimbursement through oversight of insurance verification and authorization processes. The role also involves providing feedback to the agency, identifying opportunities to improve services, maintaining knowledge of contractual relationships and community resources, and ensuring compliance with State, Federal, and Joint Commission regulations and clients' contract requirements. Other duties as assigned to support agency projects and initiatives.
