About The Position

Riverbend Co-op is currently recruiting for an Ag Solutions Operator at our Tullis Agro location. This position supports the day-to-day operations of the Ag Solutions Division while delivering superior customer service to our guests. Working closely with the Ag Solutions team, this role helps provide farm clients with a variety of agriculture-related services and products.

Requirements

• You have Grade 12 education
• You have strong communication and customer service skills
• You are organized and able to manage information accurately
• You are committed to working safely in a safety-sensitive environment
• You have a valid driver’s licence

Nice To Haves

• Class 1A license is considered an asset
• Forklift experience is considered an asset
• Mechanical aptitude is considered an asset to troubleshoot conveyors, bearing replacements when required

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, courteous guest service. This is the priority over all other duties at Riverbend Co-op
• Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone in a pleasant and professional manner
• Support day-to-day operations within the Ag Solutions Division
• Ability to work long hours during the seeding season
• Ability to perform physically demanding duties and stand for extended periods during the seeding season
• Operate a forklift as required
• Assist in operational activities as needed
• Attend training as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
