Rebound Therapies, a home and community-focused therapy provider, is expanding in Grand Rapids/Sparta and seeking passionate afterschool care staff to work directly with children with autism and related needs. The role involves providing one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans, tracking progress, and collaborating with families and a supportive team. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.
