About The Position
Rebound Therapies is a home and community-focused therapy provider dedicated to promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and independence. They are expanding in Big Rapids, MI, and are looking for afterschool care staff to work directly with children with autism and related needs. The role involves providing one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans, tracking progress, and collaborating with families and a supportive team. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
- Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
- Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

- College coursework in psychology, education, or related field.
Responsibilities
