About The Position

Rebound Therapies is expanding in Big Rapids, MI, and seeking passionate individuals for afterschool care roles. This position focuses on working one-on-one with children with autism and related needs, providing therapy based on individualized treatment plans, tracking progress, and collaborating with families and a supportive team. The role involves travel to client homes and community settings. Rebound Therapies is a home and community-focused therapy provider dedicated to promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and independence through evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability (3:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday).
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

• College coursework in psychology, education, or related field.
