About The Position

The Aftermarket Parts Processor processes customer orders for aftermarket and warranty shipments. The role works under direct supervision using well-defined policies and procedures, with work reviewed by a supervisor and limited opportunity for independent judgment and decision-making. The position also requires completing assigned or team duties in a timely manner and maintaining a clean, safe, hazard-free work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commercial driver’s license and DOT HazMat certification.
• Experience using UPS and U.S. Postal Service equipment, packaging equipment, hand and powered lifts, and computers.
• Ability to function in a team environment.
• Ability to distinguish basic colors and numbers, use depth perception, and understand written and verbal operating instructions for lift trucks and motor vehicles.
• Ability to work in environments that may include outdoors and indoors, extreme cold or heat, dust, fumes, moving objects or vehicles, ladders or scaffolding, slippery or uneven walking areas, explosives, and LP gases.
• Ability to perform regular computer work, walking, sitting, standing, lifting up to 60 pounds, moderate lifting and carrying of 20–59 pounds, and periodic heavy lifting of 60 pounds or more.
• Ability to perform straight pulling, pushing, finger use, kneeling, repeated bending, and activities requiring both legs; hearing aids are permitted.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, including picking, packing, and invoicing shipments.
• Create work orders.
• Process customer and vendor returns.
• Process vendor orders.
• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts and inventory activities.
• Complete required HazMat training classes and seminars.
• Complete assigned or team duties in a timely manner.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and free of hazards.
