This position is primarily responsible for interacting with customers to take care of their needs, reduce warranty costs for the company, and limit costs for customers. The role involves handling and resolving warranty customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. The representative will actively market and sell company products and services to current and potential customers, coordinate with internal departments to fulfill orders, and act as a single point of contact for end-users in issue resolution. This role also requires presenting complex technical information to non-technical audiences and investigating/troubleshooting reported issues.
