About The Position

Mike Maroone Chevrolet is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Aftermarket Accessories Sales Consultant to join their dealership team. This role involves helping customers personalize their new or pre-owned vehicles with accessories that fit their lifestyle, ranging from lift kits and running boards to premium audio systems and all-weather protection packages. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, relationship-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violation within the past three years and no major violations in the past five years.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with CRM systems and basic computer tools
Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to quickly learn dealership software, online catalogs, and manufacturer systems.
Organized and self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
Passionate about the automotive industry and stays current on new vehicle technology, accessories, and industry trends.
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Professional appearance and positive attitude

Responsibilities

Present and sell OEM and aftermarket accessories to vehicle buyers
Help customers choose enhancements that match their lifestyle, budget, and vehicle needs
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and accessory demonstrations
Coordinate installations with service and parts departments
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity in CRM system
Stay current on accessory trends, promotions, and bundled packages
Follow up after installation to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Support dealership events and community outreach initiatives
