Requirements

  • At least 2 years of retail sales experience (dealership, a plus)
  • Strong people, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Full-time availability including evenings and Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
  • Ability to obtain Colorado Auto Sales License
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to meet sales goals
  • Organized and adaptable
  • Comfortable with CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to present accessory options
  • Provide personalized consultations based on customer needs
  • Present products using walkarounds and visual tools
  • Coordinate installation with service and parts teams
  • Maintain CRM records of customer interactions
  • Stay informed on promotions and product offerings
  • Manage inventory and ordering
  • Follow up post-installation for satisfaction
  • Participate in meetings and trainings
