About The Position

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the After-School program and three Summer Programs. Implements the Great Hearts Co-Curriculars curriculum in each of the programs s/he oversees at his/her academy. Trains, coaches and manages all co-curricular staff at his/her academy. Tracks enrollment, payroll and spending for all co-curricular programs at his/her academy. Implements marketing initiatives as directed by the Business Analysis and Marketing Manager. Proactively cultivates close, productive, and diplomatic relationships with the Headmaster, Director of Campus Operations, and other key personnel at his/her academy. Closely monitors and handles any and all situations that may be a liability to the program (including accidents, incidents, and behavior issues), documents them, and reports them to the Regional Manager.

Requirements

  • Must complete Texas Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance and background check.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age by their start date.
  • Requires standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching.
  • May be required to move or position equipment up to 50 pounds approximately.
  • US Work Authorization is required.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal history background check and fingerprint clearance in accordance with state requirements.
  • May need to travel locally for training and professional development opportunities.
