Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm during challenging situations.
- RBT certification is required before beginning work.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
- Serve as an important member of the clinical team and directly implement skill-building and care plans.
- Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment for clients and build connections with their families.
