About The Position
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time temporary assignment as a Bilingual (Spanish/English) School Counselor at an Illinois middle school. This role runs from August 11 through November 16, with a 37.5-hour work week including a paid lunch. The counselor will work closely with middle school students, providing academic, social-emotional, and behavioral support through individual and group counseling. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in students' lives during a crucial developmental stage. The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is essential for strengthening family engagement, building trust, and ensuring students receive the necessary support to thrive.
Requirements
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Counselor endorsement.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide academic, social-emotional, and behavioral support through individual and group counseling services.
