Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with and leading groups of children
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Availability Monday–Friday afternoons
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate)

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading others and enjoy working with children, including: Coaches, Camp counselors, Youth ministry leaders, Scout leaders, Education assistants, Recreation leaders, Childcare professionals, Anyone who's successfully led groups of children

Responsibilities

• Lead an after-school program serving elementary-age keiki
• Coach, mentor, and support Group Leaders and Aides
• Create a fun, welcoming environment where children feel safe and engaged
• Plan activities including games, enrichment, homework support, and outdoor play
• Build positive relationships with families, school staff, and your team
• Manage daily attendance, communication, and site operations
• Help develop future leaders while creating an amazing experience for every child
