About The Position

As a BrightBee After School Paraprofessional, you will support students in local schools, helping them learn, grow, and succeed. You might work 1:1 with a student or support a classroom alongside a teacher. The role offers flexible work, allowing you to work 2-5 days per week, Monday through Friday, with after-school hours available from 1-6 pm. This position is ideal for those seeking a side hustle or consistent weekly income, offering meaningful impact and flexible work arrangements.

Requirements

• 48 college credits
• Experience working with students with disabilities
• Pass a background check
• Follow safety and reporting guidelines
• Complete required school clearances (costs are the candidate's responsibility)
• Prior to working with students, you will need to pass a background check, livescan and may need to obtain other necessary testing/clearances and provide us with authorization to contact former employers.

Nice To Haves

• RBT experience a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities
